1/ Personal Profile
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months
- Notarized copy of identity card
- 2 pictures 3.5 x 4.5 white background
- Notarized copy of household registration book of pages with names
- Marital status: married, single, divorced, death certificate
- Notarized copy of birth certificate – if traveling with relatives
2/ Job profile
– If you are a business owner, shareholder
- Business registration – notarized copy
- Tax report of the last 3 months – with company tax payment
– If you are an employee
- Labor contract – notarized copy
- Application for leave – original
- Salary statement of the last 3 months – if paid by card
3/ Financial records
- Certificate of land use right – notarized copy
- Please confirm the balance of the savings book at least 100 million + attached photo of the original book
4/ European profile if there is an invitation letter
- Original invitation letter: according to the form of the Department of Foreigners, specifying the name and address of the inviter and the invitee in Vietnam, the date of departure, the date of return, the purpose of the trip
- Passport side photo
- Birth certificate to prove relationship
- If sponsoring : job confirmation, tax, bank account
