Dossier to apply for a UK visa to visit relatives:
1/ Personal profile
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months
- Notarized copy of identity card
- Notarized copy of the original household registration book
- Marital status: married – single – divorced – death certificate
- Notarized copy of birth certificate if child is accompanied by father or mother
2/ Job Profile
If you are an employee:
- Labor contract – notarized copy
- Leave application – original
- Salary statement of the last 3 months if paid by card
- Appointment decision, if any – notarized copy
If you are a business owner
- Business registration if you are a business owner or a shareholder – notarized copy
- Tax report of the last 3 months with director’s signature and red seal – original
- Paper of payment to the state budget (quarterly or monthly) – true copy
3/ Financial records
- Certificate of land use right – notarized copy
- House rental contract with red carpentry of the ward – notary office – signed by the company
- Notarized copy of car rote, if any
- Please confirm the balance of the savings book at least 200 million + attached photo of the original book
4/ UK profile if invited
- Invitation letter: clearly state the full name, address, and phone number of the inviter and the invitee in Vietnam (including passport number, date of issue and expiration date). The date of entry, the date of the purpose of the trip, where to go there.
- Passport photo of the inviter
- Birth certificate if you are siblings
- In case of financial sponsorship, the following documents must be added: work confirmation + tax payment certificate + bank deposit
Note: all documents scanned in the UK do not need to be sent originals
