Things to keep in mind when applying for a Canadian visa

1. Applicants have clear binding relationships in Vietnam as proven by legal documents certified by competent Vietnamese state agencies.
2. The applicant or the sponsoring organization commits to finance the expenses during the trip
3. The applicant commits to return to Vietnam after the end of the trip. Your visa success rate will be even higher when your profile shows that you have a stable job with an attractive income; and you have a good relationship with your family/relatives, …. These things will prove that you have a big bond in Vietnam and will definitely return but have no intention of settling in Canada.
4. Do not leave the passport “Passport” blank, Canada is one of the easiest countries to immigrate in the world, Canada is quite “fastidious” in visa approval. If you have never traveled abroad (white passport book, no visa stamp), your Canadian visa application is almost 90% likely to be rejected. Your Canadian visa application will have more plus points if you have been to developed Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore and European countries, Australia, America.

Canada visa application for all applicants

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months (calculated from the date of departure)
2. 03 4 x 6 photos (white background photos, photos not older than 6 months).
3. Photo of household registration and identity card.
4. Marriage and birth of children (if married).
5. Certificate of singleness with local certification (if unmarried).
6. Proof of occupation
   * For business owners/contributing shareholders: Business license and tax report for the last 3 months of the company
   * For employees: Notarized copy of Labor contract and decision on leave Original permission
   * For students: Birth certificate; Student card and Application for leave of absence
   * For retirement: Retirement card + Financial guarantee certificate provided by the family, certified by the government
7. Financial proof
   * Bank account or savings book (the more the better, the minimum is 10,000 USD).
   * Documents on property ownership such as house purchase contract, certificate of land use right and house ownership;
   * Proof of income such as company shareholders, rental houses (if any);
   * Certificate of salary or income issued by the agency or company that you are working for (if any);
   * Business purchase and sale contracts during the validity period of the business that you are the owner (if any);
   All of the above documents must be originals. You will present these documents to a Canadian Consulate interviewer upon request. Our company does not keep the above documents of customers. The above documents are a necessary condition to prepare interview documents for all cases.
