Canada Visa Application Procedure

To apply for a Canadian Visa, the following documents are required: 

1. Personal profile:

• 2 4×6 photos (Recently taken);
• Original passport (passport), still valid, and the page looks to be stamped;
• Passport copy;
• Prepare information and fill out the Canada visa application form according to the form: IMM5257 and form 5645 (family declaration form);
• Form IMM5257 SHEDULE 1 (if ever in the military);
• CVAC approval form, using VFS’s services;
• Application form for use of a representative (form IMM5476 – if using a representative);
• Notarized copies include: Birth certificate, People’s identity card, household registration book;
• Marriage certificate (if any);
• Certificate of singleness or divorce with court decision/death certificate (if one of the two is unfortunately lost)

2. Professional proof

A. If you are an officer or employee:

• Labor contract/ Recruitment decision/ Appointment decision or Salary increase decision;
• Application for leave for travel / business trip / medical examination;
• Salary slips of the last 3-6 months (bank account statements);

B. If retired:

• Present retirement card/ Pension number/ Retirement decision;

C. If you are a business owner:

• Business registration certificate;
• Corporate income tax receipts for the last 2 years;
• Confirm the balance of the company’s bank account;

D. If you are a student, student:

• Application for leave of absence certified by the school;

E. If you are a sales agent for the company:

• Agency contracts;
• Profit certificate;
• Financial certification:
• You should have one of the following to increase your visa success rate: a savings book with at least 5000 USD or more.
• Having a red book of land, car, stock or real estate rights, if any, will be an advantage.
