Applying for a visa to go abroad usually has 2 necessary conditions and sufficient conditions. Especially for countries that are strict about entry like Japan.

1. Visiting relatives, family, relatives: have 3 generations relationship – Short-term visa

- 1 photo 4.5 X 4.5 cm, white background

- Documents proving ability to pay for the relocation: income certificate issued by the competent authority, certificate of bank deposit balance (at least VND 100,000,000)

- Documents proving the relationship of friends, unless Travel is available through travel agents
+ General photos
+ Letters, emails
+ Detailed list of international phone calls
- Documents proving the ability to pay for the trip
+ Certificate of income issued by a competent authority
+ Certificate of bank deposit balance
If you stay in Japan for more than 90 days or do things for profit, you should first apply for a certificate of eligibility to stay in Japan at the nearest Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice.

In addition to the documents listed, depending on the case, the Embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may require the presentation of other documents. Please note, if you do not present the required documents, your visa application may not be accepted or your visa will be delayed.
