PROFILE INFORMATION INCLUDES CODE

1. 1 short-stay visa application form completed in French or English and signed
2. 1 photo of the latest ID card
3. Passport + copy of the first 5 pages of the passport along with all stamped and visa pages
4. For Vietnamese citizens: household registration book translated into French or English along with copies of all pages of the household registration book
5. For foreigners residing in Vietnam: valid temporary residence card or visa + copy
6. Invitation letter from the inviting company in France stating the purpose and duration of the trip along with the specific program of the trip and the list of invitees + a copy.
7. A letter of introduction from the company in Vietnam clearly stating the address, phone number, fax number, position of the visa applicant, purpose of the trip, guarantee of trip expenses if any, and translated into French or brother + copy.
8. Business license of the company in Vietnam (copy + translation into French or English)
9. Hotel reservation corresponding to the duration of the trip in France and other Schengen countries + Copy (only accepted in French or English)
10. Round-trip air ticket booking (only accepted in French or English)
11. Travel and repatriation medical insurance + copy (only accepted in French or English)
