What is the procedure for applying for a short-term tourist visa to the Netherlands?
- You are a Vietnamese citizen with no age or gender restrictions
- You meet the health requirements
- You do not have any criminal record
- You have never violated the immigration laws of the Netherlands and any other country
Conditions to be granted a short-term tourist visa to the Netherlands
- Proof of the purpose of tourism or equivalent activities, the total period of temporary stay in the Netherlands and the countries covered by the common Schengen border treaty must be less than 90 days
- Prove you have enough financial capacity during your trip to the Netherlands and back to Vietnam
- Prove you have a stable job and a regular source of income
- Proof of transportation, accommodation and insurance during travel
- Proof of exit from the Schengen area at the end of the trip
INFORMATION ON TYPES OF TOURIST VISA Netherland:
1/ Personal Profile
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months
- Notarized copy of identity card
- Notarized copy of the original household registration book
- Marital status: married – single – divorced – death certificate
- Notarized copy of birth certificate if child is accompanied by father or mother
2/ Job Profile
If you are an employee
- Labor contract – notarized copy
- Leave application – original
- Salary statement of the last 3 months if paid by card
- Appointment decision, if any – notarized copy
If you are a business owner:
- Business registration – notarized copy
- Tax report of the last 3 months with director’s signature and red seal – original
- Paper of payment to the state budget (quarterly or monthly) – true copy
3/ Financial records
- Certificate of land use right – notarized copy
- Notarized copy of car rote, if any
- Please confirm the balance of the savings book at least 200 million + attached photo of the original book
