TURKEY TOURISM VISA INFORMATION:

1/ Personal Profile

• Original passport valid for more than 6 months
• Notarized copy of identity card
• Notarized copy of the original household registration book
• Marital status: married – single – divorced – death certificate
• Notarized copy of birth certificate if child is accompanied by father or mother

2/ Job Profile
            If you are an employee

• Labor contract – notarized copy
• Application for leave – original
• Salary statement of the last 3 months if paid by card
• Appointment decision, if any – notarized copy

            If you are a business owner:

• Business registration – notarized copy
• Tax report of the last 3 months with director’s signature and red seal – original
• Paper of payment to the state budget (quarterly or monthly) – true copy

3/ Financial records

• Certificate of land use right – notarized copy
• Notarized copy of car rote, if any
• Please confirm the balance of the savings book at least 200 million + attached photo of the original book
