To complete the US tourist visa application, you must prepare the following documents:

Electronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form DS-160. You can visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information about this form.

A valid passport valid for at least six months. Each visa applicant, including children, must have their own passport and separate DS-160 form.

One (1) 2″x2″ (5cmx5cm) photo taken within the last six months. You can refer to the image content and size standards on the U.S. Department of State website.

A receipt for payment of the US$160 DS-160 application processing fee paid in local currency. Fees will be paid on the website of the US Department of State.
Note, the application processing fee will not be refunded if your visa is denied.
In addition to the documents above, you will need to present an interview appointment letter confirming that you have booked your appointment through the instructions on the U.S. Department of State website, and any documents that you believe will assist in providing the appointment. provide additional information to the U.S. consular officer when he arrives for the interview.
