JOURNEY TO DISCOVER AUSTRALIA
SYDNEY – MELBOURNE

Time: 07 days and 06 nights

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – MELBOURNE (Snacks on the plane)

PRICE OF AUSTRALIA DISCOVER TOUR TOUR FOR CHILDREN:

• Children from 2 to 11 years old: 85% of the adult tour price if the child shares a bed with parents, 2 adults can only include 1 child, the 2nd child (if any) will pay the adult tour price to service guarantee. In case the child sleeps in a separate bed, it is 100% of the adult tour price.
• Children under 2 years old: 35% of adult tour price
• Children from 12 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price.
• In case you register with 1 adult traveling with 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the tour fee for the baby to sleep in a separate bed (100% of the adult tour price).

AUSTRALIAN DISCOVERY TOUR NOTES:

• Please bring your Passport (original), and deposit 50% of the tour fee when registering the tour and completing the payment for the tour 10 working days before departure.
• In case you have a nationality that is exempt from Australian visa, we will deduct the visa application fee in Vietnam: 3,000,000 VND / person. However, you must fill in the electronic visa application form with the ETA visa fee: 500,000 VND/pax. Or if you already have an australian visa, we will deduct 3,000,000 vnd for you.
• In case you are refused Visa, we will refund the entire tour fee after deducting the visa fee to the consulate, the tourist invitation is 6,000,000 VND.
• Foreign nationals must have a separate visa to bring when going on tour.
• If you have dual nationality or have not yet naturalized, please notify the tour staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).
• If you only carry a green card (foreign temporary residence card) and do not have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot travel to a third country.
• Children traveling with family members (not Parents) must submit a power of attorney certified by the local government (authorised by Parents for travel) and Parents are required to be present at the Consulate on the day the baby was taken biometric information.

• Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary up and down accordingly, but the World Trade routes are still fully guaranteed.

• In case you are not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, World Trade is exempt from liability and will not refund the tour.
• Depending on the visa status of the Consulate and air tickets, the departure date may be delayed from 1 to 7 days compared to the original departure date.
• Children share a bed with their parents. Each family can only include 1 child, the 2nd child pays as an adult
• Visa application documents after being submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.
• The company is exempt from liability in case of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical problems, etc., leading to flight relocation, cancellation or delay. If the above cases occur, the Company will consider to refund the cost to the guest in the best possible condition (after deducting the performed services such as visa fees, airfares….and no responsible for any additional costs).

CONDITIONS FOR PRICE APPLICATION ON:

• You register before departure date: 30-45 days.
• There will be a surcharge if you register the tour too close to the departure date (such as: increased airfare).
• The order of the schedule may change depending on the flight schedule or other objective conditions, but the attractions are still guaranteed.
• Conditions for departure: the group has at least 10 adult guests or more (children from 12 years old are counted as adults), if less than 10 guests, the tour will be rescheduled or if it is still departing, there will be a surcharge. Organization fee depends on the number of guests up to 10 days before departure.

CANCEL TICKET:

In case you cannot attend the tour, please notify World Trade and bear the following cancellation fee:

• Guests cancel the tour immediately after registration, the tour cancellation fee is equivalent to 30% of the total tour value.
• Guests cancel the tour within 15 days, the tour cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of the total tour value.
• Guests cancel the tour within 10 days, the tour cancellation fee is equivalent to 85% of the total tour value.
• Cancellation of tour within 7 days before departure or cancellation without notice will be charged 100% of tour value.
• Not aimed at peak occasions such as: New Year; lunar calendar; Christmas and other events. If the tour is aimed at these groups, separate conditions will apply depending on the specific situation of each event.
• No refunds will be made for services on the trip that the guest does not use
