CANADA WEST COVER TOUR PROGRAM 2023
VANCOUVER – VICTORIA ISLAND

Time: 07 days and 06 nights 

DAY 01: HCMC/HANOI – VANCOUVER (Eating and resting on the plane – Dinner)

The tour group gathered at the international terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, arranged luggage and related documents to exit Vietnam. Vietmytravel’s team leader guides you through airline procedures to take the flight to Vancouver. You eat, rest on the plane.

DAY 02: VANCOUVER – HISTORIC GASTOWN (Eat three meals, visit by car)

Due to crossing the route to change the date, you arrive in Vancouver at noon on the same day. The group does immigration procedures with the help of a guide. Pick up the group into the center of Vancouver to visit:

• Historic Gastown is the birthplace of Vancouver.
• Chinatown Chinatown. This is the second largest Chinatown in North America.

After dinner, the group will return to the hotel to check in and rest at the hotel in Vancouver city.

DAY 03 VANCOUVER – VICTORIA – INNER PORT (Three meals, sightseeing car & ferry, overnight at 3-4 star hotel)

The alarm rings, you wake up and have breakfast at the hotel.

Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, the group begins the first interesting experience in the beautiful country of Canada. Car and Guide welcome the delegation to British Columbia Ferry Terminal

• Victoria Island – the capital of British Columbia, is one of the 6500 largest islands of British Columbia.
• Visiting Butchart Gardens – one of the most beautiful and famous gardens in Canada – is a complex consisting of many beautiful gardens such as rose garden, Italian garden, Japanese garden … making people think of spiritual scenes gate of the “garden of paradise”.

Noon: Have lunch at the local restaurant. The delegation continued to visit and take souvenir photos at:

• Hill Park: Beacon Hill
• Take photos outside the oldest and most famous Empress hotel in Victoria. Built in 1904, the Empress hotel is the place to welcome many kings, queens, movie stars and many famous people around the world.
• Visit and take pictures outside the Parliament Building.
• Inner Harbor – One of the most romantic harbors in the world.

Evening: Return to Vancouver for dinner, back to the hotel to rest.

DAY 04: VANCOUVER – CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Dinner, visit by car, overnight at 3-4 star hotel)

After the alarm phone rings, you wake up to have breakfast in the restaurant.

Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, visit:

• A port city and voted as one of the most liveable cities in the world – Vancouver city.
• The Capilano Suspension Bridge is famous for many of them: the oldest, tallest and longest in the world.
• Visit a Canadian specialty snow wine factory. Learn about the production process and then enjoy a glass of sweet and smooth snow wine
• Canada Place Building – a unique architecture built on the banks of the Burrard Inlet River in Canada with white sails impressing visitors.

Noon: Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit:

• Stanley Park: Stanley Park is a 1,001-acre public park in Vancouver, Canada, and is virtually surrounded by Vancouver Harbor and English Bay. Unlike other major urban parks, Stanley Park is not a built-in landscape but a natural development of a forest and urban space over many years.
• Shop for discounted designer merchandise at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Group rest and free to explore Vancouver at night.

DAY 05: VANCOUVER – WHISTLER SWITCH (Breakfast, plane ticket)

Have breakfast.

• Depart to visit Whistler Tourist Village – used to host the Winter Olympics and the Olympics for the Disabled in 2010.
• Whistler Blackcomb Ski Area (Includes cable car ticket) – the most famous ski resort and the largest in North America (in case the cable car is closed, the guide will arrange for you to visit and shop at other locations).

After the tour, the car takes you back to Vancouver, you are free to visit and shop at Robson Street – The busiest fashion sales area in Vancouver.

Have dinner and free time to relax. Overnight in Vancouver.

DAY 06: VANCOUVER – GRANVILLE PLANTS – AIRPORT

After breakfast at the hotel, you check out. Pick up you to visit and shop at The Public Market – Granville Island Public Market. This nearly 4,000-square-foot local market specializes in handcrafted goods such as homemade soaps, fresh produce, fresh fruit, seafood, and more. The shop for locals and top chefs in Vancouver. .

Then go to the airport to check in for a flight back to Vietnam.

DAY 07: SUCCESSFUL DAY CHANGE – VIETNAM (Eating and resting on the plane)

THE WEST COVER TOUR PRICE OF CANADA 2023 INCLUDES:

• Air tickets for the routes in the program: Vietnam – Vancouver / Vancouver – Vietnam.
• International standard 3-4 star hotel. Triple room will be arranged if the number of guests is odd. Actual time in Canada is 5 days/4 nights.
• Meals according to the program.
• Tickets to visit in the program.
• Shuttle bus according to the program (10-12 hours/day).
• Entrance fees according to the program.
• Vietnamese tour guide according to the program.
• Mineral water: 01 bottle/person/day.
• International travel insurance.
• Includes Whistler ski area.

THE WEST COVER TOUR PRICE OF CANADA 2023 DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Passport: valid for more than 6 months from the end of the trip.
• Canada visa registration fee + document translation fee: VND 8,000,000.
• Personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the program.
• Single room surcharge (if any).
• Tipping for local guide and driver (10USD/pax/day).
• Expenses not mentioned in inclusions.
• Entrance fee outside the program.

TOUR PROGRAM NOTES:

• The program, flight time and sightseeing time may be changed or reversed depending on the departure date and actual situation, but still ensure to fulfill all the sightseeing routes already in the program.
• If the group does not have enough 15 guests, the company has the right to change the departure date to another day of the month.
• The company will not be responsible for guaranteeing the attractions or refunding the tour cost in the case of:

+ Occurrence of natural disasters: floods, storms, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics…

+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests

+ Aviation problems: technical problems, security, flight relocation, cancellation, delay.

+ For objective reasons, the host country’s customs does not allow entry, the travel company will not refund any costs incurred.

TOUR REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

• Pay tour deposit 20,000,000 VND/pax (Twenty million Vietnam Dong)
• The company will guide the US visa procedure, how to fill out the visa application forms according to the embassy’s form, register the interview date, advise on how to arrange documents and provide the program and advice for customers to go to the interview.
• You go to the interview by appointment.
• If the visa is successful: The US Embassy will keep the passport and return the results from 2-3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after the interview.
• After getting the visa, you pay the remaining amount or 20 days before departure (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), whichever comes first.
• If you do not get the visa result: The Embassy will immediately return your passport to you. The company will refund the deposit after deducting the US visa fee: VND 6,500,000 within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)

CONDITIONS FOR PRICE APPLICATION ON:

• In the condition that the tour services are available. There will be a surcharge if the service is exhausted or the tour registration confirmation is too close to the departure date. The order of the schedule may change depending on the flight schedule or other objective conditions, but still ensure the sightseeing routes.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute services equivalent to the planned services in the event that the proposed services are not available to the delegation.
• The company has the right to change many different airlines that are most convenient for the trip: CI, AA, JL, UA, NH, BR…
• Car service during the day 10-12 hours, if there are extra hours, the customer will bear the costs incurred.
• Payment terms: full tour fee as follows: 1st time: Tour deposit to confirm the service:  20,000,000 VND/guest  after registration/or after signing the contract (Full visa documents) and no later than 4 weeks before the trip to ensure the progress of visa processing, excluding holidays and holidays) Second time: Pay the entire remaining amount when the visa is obtained or 20 days before departure, depending on whichever comes first.
• In case the customer registers for a visa by tour, but when the visa results are available, they do not go or change another option, the customer will lose the deposit.
• If the group is a pair of odd guests, in case the group does not have enough 15 adult guests to depart, the company has the right to reschedule within 30 days.
• If the departure schedule is delayed beyond the allowed time, but the two parties cannot agree, the company will charge the visa fee + interview fee: 495 USD.
• No refunds for unused services.

NOTE:

• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and conditions for tour cancellation in the program.
• The price we offer is the average price applied for 1 individual passenger with a group of 15 guests, in case the number of guests is not enough to depart, the company will notify you at least 10 days in advance from the date of departure. depart and transfer guests to the nearest other date without any additional charge.
• Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary to suit, but the tour routes are still fully guaranteed. Flights are subject to last-minute changes depending on airlines and weather.
• The number of travel days may vary, but the actual number of nights in the US will not change.
• In case you are not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, we will not be responsible and will not refund the tour.
• Visa application documents after being submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.
• After the Company notices the deposit, but you do not pay the deposit (even though you have passed the visa), it means that the customer has not completed the payment procedure and is considered to cancel the tour. You will not be able to join the trip and the Company will apply a penalty according to the provisions of the Cancellation section.
• In the case of guests from 75 years old, they must sign a health certificate and be accompanied by a relative from 18 to 55 years old.
