Cheap US West Coast Tour – Depart Hanoi/Saigon

18:30 Pick up the group for dinner at a local restaurant.

20:30 After dinner, transfer to the airport for a night flight to Vietnam. You can stay to visit relatives in California or other regions (exchange fee will be applied according to the date of ticket change).

23:30 Delegation takes flight BR11 to Vietnam (flight time is more than 11 hours of continuous flight)

DAY 07: LOS ANGELES – TAIPEI (ON THE AIR)

Due to crossing the route to change the date, you eat and rest on the plane.

DAY 08 : TAIPEI – HANOI

06:45 Arriving at Taipei airport, the group will do the connecting procedures and shop for duty-free goods at the duty-free paradise at Hong Kong airport (connection time and shopping is 10 hours).

08:45 The plane takes off to Hanoi.

11:00 Arriving at Hanoi airport, you do immigration procedures and get your luggage back.

THE PRICE OF TOUR TO THE US DEPARTING FROM HANOI INCLUDES:

• Shuttle bus according to the program in the US. Time to use the car 12 hours / day, overtime, the garage will surcharge USD 100 / hour

• Vietnamese-language tour guide cum leader of the tour, enthusiastically followed the group throughout the route from Vietnam.
• Mineral water: 02 bottles/person/day.
• International travel insurance with a maximum compensation of VND 1.5 billion, equivalent to a package of USD 7000.

TOUR PRICE TO THE US DEPARTING FROM HANOI DOESN’T INCLUDES:

• Passport: valid for more than 6 months from the end of the trip
• Travel fee + Accommodation to the US visa interview
• Personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the program.
• 2nd baggage charge for US domestic flights
• Surcharge for single room 10,000,000 VND for the whole program (if any).
• Expenses not mentioned in the inclusions
• US visa support services:
  • Guests in Hanoi: 4,000,000 VND/pax (including visa fee, application fee)
  • From Da Nang: 6,0000 VND/pax (including visa fee, document preparation fee, roundtrip shuttle bus from Noi Bai airport to Hanoi, double room 01 night hotel including breakfast near US Embassy)
  • This fee is non-refundable for any reason.
• Tipping for local guide and driver 8USD/pax/day x 9 days of tour

TOUR PROGRAM NOTES:

• The program, flight time and sightseeing time may be changed or reversed depending on the departure date and actual situation, but still ensure to fulfill all the sightseeing routes already in the program.
• If the group does not have enough 15 guests, the company has the right to change the departure date to another day of the month.
• The company will not be responsible for guaranteeing the attractions or refunding the tour cost in the case of:

+ Occurrence of natural disasters: floods, storms, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics…

+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests

+ Aviation problems: technical problems, security, flight relocation, cancellation, delay.

+ For objective reasons, the host country’s customs does not allow entry, the travel company will not refund any costs incurred.

TOUR REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

• Pay tour deposit 20,000,000 VND/pax (Twenty million Vietnam Dong)
• The company will guide US visa procedures, how to fill out visa forms according to the embassy’s form, register for interview dates, advise on file arrangement and provide programs and advice for customers to interview.
• You go to the interview by appointment.
• If the visa is successful: The US Embassy will keep the passport and return the results from 2-3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after the interview.
• After getting the visa, you pay the remaining amount or 20 days before departure (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), whichever comes first.
• If you do not get the visa result: The Embassy will immediately return your passport to you. The company will refund the deposit after deducting the US visa fee: VND 6,500,000 within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)

CONDITIONS FOR PRICE APPLICATION ON:

• In the condition that the tour services are available. There will be a surcharge if the service is exhausted or the tour registration confirmation is too close to the departure date. The order of the schedule may change depending on the flight schedule or other objective conditions, but still ensure the sightseeing routes.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute services equivalent to the planned services in the event that the proposed services are not available to the delegation.
• The company has the right to change many different airlines that are most convenient for the trip: CI, AA, JL, UA, NH, BR…
• Car service during the day 10-12 hours, if there are extra hours, the customer will bear the costs incurred.
• Payment terms: full tour fee as follows: 1st time: Tour deposit to confirm the service:  20,000,000 VND/guest  after registration/or after signing the contract (Full visa documents) and no later than 4 weeks before the trip to ensure the progress of visa processing, excluding holidays and holidays) Second time: Pay the entire remaining amount when the visa is obtained or 20 days before departure, depending on whichever comes first.
• In case the customer registers for a visa by tour, but when the visa results are available, they do not go or change another option, the customer will lose the deposit.
• If the group is a pair of odd guests, in case the group does not have enough 15 adult guests to depart, the company has the right to reschedule within 30 days.
• If the departure schedule is delayed beyond the allowed time, but the two parties cannot agree, the company will charge the visa fee + interview fee: 495 USD.
• No refunds for unused services.

NOTE:

• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and conditions for tour cancellation in the program.
• The price we offer is the average price applied for 1 individual passenger with a group of 15 guests, in case the number of guests is not enough to depart, the company will notify you at least 10 days in advance from the date of departure. depart and transfer guests to the nearest other date without any additional charge.
• Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary to suit, but the tour routes are still fully guaranteed. Flights are subject to last-minute changes depending on airlines and weather.
• The number of travel days may vary, but the actual number of nights in the US will not change.
• In case you are not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, we will not be responsible and will not refund the tour.
• Visa application documents after being submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.
• After the Company notices the deposit, but you do not pay the deposit (even though you have passed the visa), it means that the customer has not completed the payment procedure and is considered to cancel the tour. You will not be able to join the trip and the Company will apply a penalty according to the provisions of the Cancellation section.
• In case guests from 75 years old must sign a health certificate and accompany 1 relative from 18 to 55 years old.
