Time: 05 days 04 nights 

DAY 01: City. HCM/HANOI – SEOUL – HAWAII   

HDV will pick you up at the meeting point. After that, the group took a flight to depart for Hawaii Island, USA.

Due to the time difference, the group arrived in Hawaii on the same day.

The team leader in the US will welcome and take the delegation to the hotel to check in and rest. In the evening, the group is free to explore Wakiki at night.

DAY 02: HAWAII – PEARL CHAU PORT – SMALL ISLAND (EAT 3 meals)

07:00 Have breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 The car takes the group to visit the Hawaii Tourism Program:

• Arizona Remnants Museum. Relive the memory of Pearl Harbor – The most famous battle of World War II. It was a turning point in American history. To become a superpower and hold the world order.
• Board the cruise ship and head to the flagship Arizona. The ship was tragically sunk during the Japanese naval battle of Pearl Harbor.
• Continue to visit Lolani Castle – The residence of King Kamehameha – the last reigning king of Hawaii. And is the place to keep the sparkling diamond crowns of the 7 emperors.
• State Capitol Building, visit King Kamehameha Monument.

12:30 Have lunch at a local restaurant.

REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

• World Trade will guide visa procedures, how to fill out visa application forms according to the embassy’s form, register for an interview date, advise on file arrangement and provide invitations, programs and advice for customers to interview. .
• You go to the interview according to the appointment schedule with the Embassy.
• If the visa is successful, the US Embassy will keep the passport and return the results 1-2 days after the interview. You pay 100% of the tour and prepare the procedures for departure.
• If the visa is not successful, the Embassy will immediately return the passport to you. The travel company will refund the deposit after deducting the US visa and the cost of preparing documents, invitations, office administrative procedures 4,400,000 VND. You will receive your deposit back within a maximum of 1 week.

POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND CHANGE:

• After you have obtained the visa deployed by World Trade, if you cancel the tour, you will lose the entire deposit and we will notify the US Embassy/LSQ to cancel the visa on the system. World Trade is not responsible for your entry.
• If after having a visa, for special reasons and you have to postpone your trip and notify the travel agency 10 days in advance, we will create conditions for you to join the next tour, up to the maximum time. period not exceeding 2 months.
• In case of postponement or cancellation within 07 days before the signed departure date, 100% of the tour value will not be refunded. In special cases, the two sides will sit down and discuss in the spirit of cooperation and benefit both customers and the company.
