Day 01: TP. HCM/HANOI – NEW YORK (Eating on the plane – transportation by plane)

The delegation gathered at Tan Son Nhat International Airport / Noi Bai. The tour guide will pick you up and guide you to check-in procedures and take a flight to the US.

The plane transited, then the delegation checked in for a flight to New York

You eat, rest and use services on the flight to the US.

Day 02: NEW YORK CITY – THE VESSEL (Dinner v/c by sightseeing car)

Due to the time difference, you will arrive in New York on the same day. Under the guidance of the Head of the delegation, you complete the immigration procedures to the United States.

The car picks you up in the center of New York to visit The Vessel: 45m high with 15 floors. This is like a giant sculpture with a complex and enchanting combination of 154 stairs linked together in geometric form.

Then, the car picks you up at the hotel for dinner and check-in after a long flight (3-4 * hotel or equivalent).

Day 03: NEW YORK – CITY TOUR (Eat three meals and visit by car)

You have breakfast at the New York hotel. You depart to visit the largest city in the United States – New York, with the following destinations:

• The headquarters of the United Nations Organization, Ground Zero – where the Twin Towers are located before and now are the memorials for 9/11. World Trade Center (World Trade Center)
• Delegation to the island to visit the Statue of Liberty – the symbol of New York City and of the whole United States.
• Leaving Liberty Island, the group departs for lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit: Financial Street (Wall Street), Take pictures with the symbol of “Wall Street bull”, Saint Patrick’s Church and Chinatown (China Town), Times Square (Times Square) ), Rockefeller Center and stop at 5th Avenue – home to world famous fashion brands.

Have dinner, return to the hotel to rest.

Day 04: NEW YORK – PHILADELPHIA – WASHINGTON DC (372km – Eat three meals, visit by car)

Customers eat breakfast at the hotel. The bus took the group out of New York, departing for Washington DC.

On the way, the delegation visited the city of Philadelphia with two famous landmarks, Liberty Bell and Independence Hall:

The delegation continued to depart for Washington DC.

• You visit: Memorial House of Jefferson – the 3rd President of the United States, who drafted the famous Declaration of Independence of the United States. The ideas in the declaration put forth by Jefferson were echoed in many declarations of independence of other countries including Vietnam.
• Visit Tidal Basin Lake. Visit the old town of Alexandria – located along the Potomac River with more than 4,200 historic buildings from the 18th-19th centuries including houses, churches, museums, …

Group dinner at restaurant, back to the hotel to rest. (A 3-4* hotel or equivalent.)

Day 05: WASHINGTON DC – CITY TOUR (Eat three meals by car)

Breakfast at the hotel, the car will take you to visit the city with famous landmarks such as:

• Visiting and taking pictures outside the White House – the working place of the current President of the United States
• Capitol Hill – Capitol Building, Pentagon – is the headquarters of the Department of Defense, the highest military agency of the United States.
• Visit the War Veterans Memorial in Korea and Vietnam (Korea and Vietnam Veterans Memorial)
• Presidential Memorial Hall: Abraham Lincoln – 16th President of the United States.

Then, you visit the Museum of Nature – world famous with the Dinosaur display area right on the first floor of the museum that occupies an extremely large space with a huge number of specimens, displaying the real dinosaur fossil bones and artificial specimens of various species.

The landscape and habitat of dinosaurs are also recreated at the lively and attractive display area.

After dinner, you return to the hotel to rest.

Day 06: WASHINGTON DC – NIAGARA waterfall (Eat three meals by car)

After breakfast. On the way to Niagara Falls, you will witness the beautiful scenery on both sides of the road with many American farms: growing corn, raising cows, growing grapes, etc. Go to Niagara Falls, have dinner, then receive a gift. hotel room to rest.

Day 07: NIAGARA – ALBANY (Eat three meals by car)

• After breakfast, depart to visit “The Holy Land of Outstanding Celebrities” – Harvard University – where many international Nobel laureates have been trained.
• You can also visit MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) – Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the leading university and research institute for science and technology in the United States.
• You are free to shop at Quincy Market – The main wholesale market for agricultural products in Boston, and home to the famous Clam chowder soup (Mussel soup cooked with cream).

Day 09: BOSTON – AIRPORT (Breakfast)

CHILDREN TOUR PRICE:

• Children from 2 to 11 years old: 85% of the adult tour price if the child shares a bed with parents, 2 adults can only include 1 child, the 2nd child (if any) will pay the adult tour price to service guarantee. In case the child sleeps in a separate bed, it is 100% of the adult tour price.
• Children under 2 years old: 35% of adult tour price
• Children from 12 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price.
• In case you register with 1 adult traveling with 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the tour fee for the baby to sleep in a separate bed (100% of the adult tour price).

TOUR PROGRAM NOTES:

• The program, flight time and sightseeing time may be changed or reversed depending on the departure date and actual situation, but still ensure to fulfill all the sightseeing routes already in the program.
• If the group does not have enough 15 guests, the company has the right to change the departure date to another day of the month.
• The company will not be responsible for guaranteeing the attractions or refunding the tour cost in the case of:

+ Occurrence of natural disasters: floods, storms, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics…

+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests

+ Aviation problems: technical problems, security, flight relocation, cancellation, delay.

+ For objective reasons, the host country’s customs does not allow entry, the travel company will not refund any costs incurred.

TOUR REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

• Pay tour deposit 20,000,000 VND/pax (Twenty million Vietnam Dong)
• The company will guide US visa procedures, how to fill out visa forms according to the embassy’s form, register for interview dates, advise on file arrangement and provide programs and advice for customers to interview.
• You go to the interview by appointment.
• If the visa is successful: The US Embassy will keep the passport and return the results from 2-3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after the interview.
• After getting the visa, you pay the remaining amount or 20 days before departure (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), whichever comes first.
• If you do not get the visa result: The Embassy will immediately return your passport to you. The company will refund the deposit after deducting the US visa fee: VND 6,500,000 within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)

CONDITIONS FOR PRICE APPLICATION ON:

• In the condition that the tour services are available. There will be a surcharge if the service is exhausted or the tour registration confirmation is too close to the departure date. The order of the schedule may change depending on the flight schedule or other objective conditions, but still ensure the sightseeing routes.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute services equivalent to the planned services in the event that the proposed services are not available to the delegation.
• The company has the right to change many different airlines that are most convenient for the trip: CI, AA, JL, UA, NH, BR…
• Car service during the day 10-12 hours, if there are extra hours, the customer will bear the costs incurred.
• In case the customer registers for a tour visa, but when the visa results are not available or changes to another option, the customer will lose the deposit.
• If the group is a pair of odd guests, in case the group does not have enough 15 adult guests to depart, the company has the right to reschedule within 30 days.
• If the departure schedule is delayed beyond the allowed time, but the two parties cannot agree, the company will charge the visa fee + interview fee: 495 USD.
• No refunds for unused services.

NOTE:

• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and conditions for tour cancellation in the program.
• The price we offer is the average price applied for 1 individual passenger with a group of 15 guests, in case the number of guests is not enough to depart, the company will notify you at least 10 days in advance from the date of departure. depart and transfer guests to the nearest other date without any additional charge.
• Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary to suit, but the tour routes are still fully guaranteed. Flights are subject to last-minute changes depending on airlines and weather.
• The number of travel days may vary, but the actual number of nights in the US will not change.
• In case you are not allowed to leave and enter the country for personal reasons, we will not be responsible and will not refund the tour.
• Visa application documents after being submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.
• After the Company notices the deposit, but you do not pay the deposit (even though you have passed the visa), it means that the customer has not completed the payment procedure and is considered to cancel the tour. You will not be able to join the trip and the Company will apply a penalty according to the provisions of the Cancellation section.
• In case guests from 75 years old must sign a health certificate and accompany 1 relative from 18 to 55 years old.
