• If you do not get the visa result: The Embassy will immediately return your passport to you. The company will refund the deposit after deducting the US visa fee: VND 6,500,000 within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)

• Car service during the day 10-12 hours, if there are extra hours, the customer will bear the costs incurred.
• In case the passenger registers for a visa on tour. But when there is a visa result, do not go or change another option, the customer loses the deposit.
• If the group is a pair of odd guests, in case the group does not have enough 15 adult guests to depart. The Company reserves the right to reschedule within 30 days.
• If the departure schedule is delayed beyond the allowed time, but the two parties cannot agree, the company will charge the visa fee + interview fee: 495 USD.
• No refunds for unused services.
